Why is my form getting stuck on please wait?

can you look at this form and see why once the Submit button is clicked it turns to "PLEASE WAIT" but it never submits

May you please try turning off the encryption feature and turn it on again? 

Finding the encryption option: 

Please make sure that you have stored the previous key as well since you will need to provide it while enabling the feature again.
