Hi, I have a problem with a dinner reservation form I have created.
The form has the option of selecting direct debit, PayPal or cash as options to pay.
When you select cash, at the submit card when you click on the submit button it comes up with please wait before showing the thank you screen.
When you select direct debit, when you click the submit button it does nothing, so you think it hasn't worked and click the button again. It eventually brings up the thank you screen.
This causes multiple submissions for one booking.
I have gone over everything I can think of with no luck, can someone please help.

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. When "Direct Debit" option is selected and when submit button is clicked the "Please Wait..." is not shown.
I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
For now, I can only suggest you to enable Review Before Submit option on the Form Settings page. Once you enable this option "Please Wait..." will be shown when "Direct Debit" option is selected.
