Why while login it shows login autosuspended what it means?

    Your account was autosuspended due to one of your forms being called "password sent"

    Please note that collecting personal sensitive information is not allowed according to the Terms-of-Use, because is considered as phishing:

You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm, Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

    But, I can see that your form does not have any fields requiring such information, so I have re-activated your account. Please go ahead and fix the name of your form immediately not to be autosuspended again:
