Form blocked due to payments limit.

I've had one person try to sign up three or four times without completing and you blocked the page for more than 3 payments a month. I havnt had 3 payments this year. Guess I'll have to find another form to use..thanks for nothing 

Please note that the monthly payments limit reset the first day of each month, so your payment form will be available to be used on April 1st.
