hi,
my account and form is disabled and I have no idea how it Happened. I also tried logging in with my password and it kept saying wrong password, changed it and now my account is suspended.
please let me know what is going on.

Your account is suspended because of this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/80715759509265
And the reason is that you were collecting credit card information, which is against our Terms of use:
In order to restore your account, those fields have to be removed.
If you need to collect payments, you have to use one of our Payment integrations: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

Hey,
okay no problem, I can remove those fields ASAP but right now my login is suspended and I can’t get in! Is there a secure way to collect credit card information without charging the card, this information is send to our travel agent who uses the card for reservations. If not I can completely remove those fields. Please let me know ASAP, also please fix the suspended login issue.
