I checked your form and I can see that you have 12 incomplete payments. This happens if the user did not complete the payment on the checkout page, then the submission will go to the Incomplete Payments.
Completing the incomplete payment submissions will not process any payments. It will just trigger the email notifications and will be processed as a normal submission.
If the user did not complete the payment or closes the browser after being redirected to the PayPal checkout page, then it will be considered as an Incomplete Payment.
