Downloading PDF of all of the submissions are not correctly formatted

When I select - download submissions  - the pdf file I get has information only on half a page - ie.  a 3 page document is now 6 pages - and poorly formatted.

If I select an individual PDF - and then print it is perfect - only 3 pages - how do I fix.?
