Did I reach my API limits for the day?

hi, 

 I've been updating the weeks and days for my summer program and my editing stopped. Both the quantity update and the date changes. i upgraded to gold as i realized i'll be active on the form getting it ready to launch in beginning of April. i included link below. Everything else thus far has been fine...
