Wh auto responses are not working properly?

could you please see the attached snapshot.

my approve and disproved auto responses are not working when i click on approved=yes and approved=no

kindly tell me as soon as possible

I cloned and tested your form but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the Approve and Disapprove emails are sending properly:

Please try enabling the send on edit option:

Since you're sending those emails when editing the submission.

You should enable it in both Autoresponders.

I also tested the issue on my end for both Approval and disapproval and I was able to receive form submissions as shown below.

 

Would you kindly try checking your junk folder as the email may have been filtered to your junk folder as well.
