How to change the date format of Configurable list?

    As far as I understood your post, I suppose that you need to format the date at your Configurable list. 

    To achieve the format of YYYY-MM-DD, please specify the format at Configurable list as Date: date: y/m/d. I've also noticed that your custom css code at widget's settings cause a conflict to this format, so please remove it. 

    The result will be the following:

    When checking your form again, I can see that date fields have a conflict with custom css code. But, date format is correct. 

    Please do clear Custom CSS field at widget's settings and insert the following code to align the widget right:

    #listContainer, .col1 {

    text-align: right !important;

    }

    .col1 {

    position: relative;

    right: -15vw !important;

    }

    Also please inject the code to your form's CSS  field:

    label {

      text-align: right !important;

    }
