Hi, I have to create some forms on behalf of a construction company. The guys on site must be able only to fill the form and submit it to a specific email address through their IPads. The only user allowed to modify the look and/or the fields behaviors must be me. Furthermore, the application must satisfy the following requirements:
· Create, modify and delete forms.
· Create, modify and delete fields within the form.
· Freely moving the different fields within the form.
· Adding, modifying and deleting the following fields: Short text, Long text, Static Text, Numeric, Option Lists, Date/Time, Yes/No/NA, Switches, Multi Photo (which allows notations and drawings), Videos, Signature, Acknowledgements, Calculations (using low code languages) and Email.
· Supported by IOS OS
· Simply and intuitive User Interface
· Off-line data collections.
· Downloads completed form in PDF format
· Submit forms to targeted email addresses
· Role-based permissions.
Thanks
