Forms with payments

In the free version can I set up a form for booking  an event with payment  for the event via PayPal? And is there a limit on how many people can pay for the event using the form?

Payment integration is available on every account regardless of the subscription. — https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

However, an account that is on a free version can only accept 3 payment submissions monthly.
