Email notification problem on some domains

    I am using Jotform for a while now.

    The email notification works or worked well for a couple of forms.

    I have some forms with the exact same path and no email notification received for a specific or another specific domain name. Nothing in the Black list...

    Please. Help.

    Can you please give us the Form URLs of the forms that you are not receiving email notifications from?

    As far as I can tell, emails to sac@md-plus.ca are being sent from our end.  You can view the same history from your end:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Have them check the spam/junkmail folder for that account in case they are being filtered there.

    Hello. Not all email are sent to sac@md-plus.ca nor to dermatologie@md-plus.ca.
    I'll do some more testing.

    You can also try to contact your email service provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can see the list of JotForm IP Addresses and Domains on this link: Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
