How can I create a seamless order form?

We are a range hood company that is making a line of production hoods. Ideally, we would like for a client to order and send us all of the correct info without a phone call required, and also provide the price for them before submitting. I want an order form that is seamless, as in if the client picks a 36" size, all of the options not available for 36" sizes disappear. Also, I'm not crazy about the layout of options I have now but I didn't know another way.
