Changes to jotform charges

    Hello,

    We are a seasonal business and so have a
    few months when we receive more payments.
    Are you able to pro-rate based on the actual payments received?
     
    This is my second request with same query.
     
    Please reply.

    The new number of payments per plan are:

    I can see that your account with the username brainvyne is currently subscribed to the Bronze Monthly plan. The next Billing Date for your account is November 2nd, 2018.

    If you need to upgrade to a higher plan, follow these steps in this order.

    1. Cancel your Bronze Yearly Subscription in JotForm
    How to Cancel a Subscription and downgrade back to free

    2. Cancel your JotForm Subscription from the PayPal website
    How do I cancel an automatic payment I have with a merchant?

    3. Upgrade to the desired plan in JotForm
    How to Upgrade My Account

    Once you do this, please let us know.

    You will receive a refund for the unused time on the JotForm Bronze Yearly plan.

    The pro-rate is not possible in this case since you are using PayPal to pay for the subscription so this will need to be done manually.
