Right now I am under the free program but would like to know if I exceed my limit will you contact me or will you just disconnect my service?

You will be notified via an email when you are close to any of the account limits and when you go over the limit. After you reach the limit, you will have one day to upgrade your account. If you do not upgrade the account your forms will be disabled.
There will also be a message in your account to notify you that you are close or that you are over the limit.
