Hi there, I have created fields and a page on a form that I would like to be hidden unless a certain condition is met. All of my fields are responding correctly besides one. I also have a page I want to hide if a condition isn't met and that page remains visible. Can you help? Thank you!
Specifically page #2, "spouse" should be hidden. and Page #19 should hide.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that there are 45 condition set on the form. As I check your JotForm, I notice that there are two Spouse Name fields on the form which could be causing the issue.
Could you check once again and point us to the condition that is not working or let us know how to replicate the issue which would help us in investigating the issue further.
Thank you!

Thank you for your help. I think having two field with the same name was the problem. I made an adjustment to my form and resolved this issue!
The other issue I am having it is hiding a page. The condition appears to be working as I can see the page disappear from the form tab widget when the conditional question is answered, however, when navigating with the next buttons, I still see the page. The conditional question in on page 8 and the page that should be hidden is page 19. Do you see anything wrong with how I have that set up? -

I have gone through the form and what I have noted is you have condition to select the option "Re-Married" from the checkbox field in page 6 not Page 8. On page 8 is where you choose the Spouse name.
If for instance I choose "ReMarried" option you will notice that the number of pages changes meaning some fields have either been hidden or displayed depending on the condition.
So in essence what happens is based on you condition and choices the page navigation will change and hide relevant fields. So you may find that based on your options Page 8 may become page 9 or 10 depending on what is hidden or displayed.
To be more accurate we can use the field to determine which fields should be shown or hidden and if we get a field that is supposed to be hidden and displayed we can check on the reason as to why its not hidden.
I have also checked on Page8 and its a Text Field hence condition may not be used in this fields.
The only condition affecting Question 19 is question 20 which is correct as shown.
Would you kindly share a screenshot on the challenge you are facing indicating the fields that are giving an error?

I have included screenshots of my specific issue. I do understand the idea of pages changing based on other conditions, but if I have inserted page breaks and none of my conditions completely hide all the content on a page, wouldn't my page numbers remain the same? Please see my screenshots and I can further clarify my issue. Thank you.

Kindly note on the new card layout Page breaks are not supported hence you will only be hiding the single page or question.
This is the reason you will view questions supposed to be in the Page break section.
You will need to hide the specific pages/questions and not use the page break option.

I can remove the specific questions. That's an idea. However, if I am not using the card layout, but the page layout, hence my screenshot above, would it not work?

Apologies for causing more confusion. Card Form Layout is the new form design Layout where you have one question one page (Layout of your current form).
This Layout does not support Page Breaks hence reason your solution is not working. You will need to hide each and every question under the "Page Break".
You can also use Multiple hide option in your condition.

We also have the Legacy Form Layout where you can have several questions on one page.
Below is a screencast of Legacy Layout of your form.
This Layout supports Page breaks and your solution may work but with option of skipping pages.

To change between Legacy layout and card layout or vice versa kindly use guide below.

So I am using the legacy layout and what I am trying to communicate is that the page skip condition is not working. Would you care to test it? On page 8 you should answer the question listed below and it should skip page 19, but is not doing so.

I am able to replicate the issue at my end. When the 'Type of Ministry...' option is selected as 'Campus Staff in the U.S.', it is hiding the page 19 tab on the form.
However, when you navigate through the form the fields in the page 19 are being displayed normally.
The issue is being caused by the Page Tabs widget position on the form. Please try moving the page tabs widget to bottom of the form and the condition should be working fine.
Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
