Some of my customers have reported lately that after submiting the survey, they get an error, and the responces are not being recorded. Please investigate.

I have been testing your form and I'm being redirected to the custom thank you page you have configured:
I would recommend you to check the network and antivirus settings, if possible, please also check if there is not an add on installed on the browser that may be causing this. Sometimes, there are restrictions on the networks that block some domains/sub domains, please check that this is not the case for you.
If the problem persists, please let us know.
