I successfully retrieved the SSL Secured html and plugged it into our website. The form is submitted via iFrame. My final concern is that that the SSL Secured certificate is on our page but nothing happens when you "click to verify". I want to ensure users can confirm it's a secure submission - how do I make the "click to verify" work propertly. Here's the page....

Hello I would like to apologize but unfortunately we no longer support GlobalSign which is why it is not clickable to verify as we've since then switched to RapidSSL. I will make sure that our guide's images get updated about this as soon as possible but it is at least currently notated in the guide as seen here in this screenshot:

If you have any further questions let us know.

Why is it then when I click the Page Info/Lock Icon in Firefox or Chrome of the secure site...it still says GlobalSign. This is bad practice. If I'm trying to get my customer's trust, why would I put a RapidSSL seal when it still show you guys use GlobalSign??? Booooooooooo

We have plenty of domains with different SSL certificates. Anyway, you are right, it looks like we have switched from RapidSSL on secure.jotform.com.
As far as I know, GlobalSign verification link is not working with our Security Proxy Provider - http://www.cloudflare.com/. Unfortunately, the problem with site seal link can not be fixed at this time. However, the service itself is completely secure.
We are very sorry for the inconveniences.
