Account Suspended, Please advise

    Aloha,

    I have not heard back from anyone yet, my account has been suspended and the current jot form that I created is not available.  Please let me know why my account is suspended and reactivate my account.

    Your questions regarding the suspension of your account was already addressed on the previous thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1424665. Here is the response sent on the other thread.

    I have checked your account and see that it is suspended due to the Mortgage application form. Please note that it is required to use your organization email address for your account in order to create any forms related to mortgage or financial institutions. Since we were not able to verify the domain in your email address, the form is marked as suspicious that led to the suspension of your account. 

    Could you check if the domain in your email address has a working website or you'll be required to change your account email address with your business email address?
