Downloads: Add a hyperlink to the file

Is there a download widget?  On a form we have, we'd like to have a word doc or PDF that they can download for further instructions.

Its possible to use a hyperlink so your users can download your file. But you will need to host it on Google Drive, Dropbox, Your own server, etc.
