Error when updating the Inventory Widget so the changes aren't saved

    hi! i need help asap. 

     for some reason, i can't change the date of the weeks or the quantities of the gift widget. i need help ASAP. 

    is there a way for someone to go into the form and help. i was able to change yesterday afternoon and when i reached api, i upgraded to gold. i was told it was fixed and tried at 3:42pm and nothing was able to change. 

    again, just looking to change the dates of the weeks i offer and the quantity on the gift widget. (spots left) 

    everything was so easy to update, not sure why this is happening. i included link below. 

     thanks so much! my deadline is approaching and need to address the issue.

    I am able to see the widgets as well as its properties.

    Im on it now!
    It wont update...
    Week 1 being 6/25, Week 2 7/2..etc. i cant have it reflect and save change and need help. :(

    Here is the issue....sent two screengrabs..
    On the second one, you can i want Aug 6 for Week 7 but it still says July 31st. :(

    Please help this is so aggravating! All i need is to edit the weeks and change the quantity of gift widget. Can someone please try and physically change it..? It should not be api issue bc I went gold yesterday. This is something that should be so easy. :( Sorry to vent!

    You're right. I was able to reproduce the problem in your form. It does not save the changes and it throws an error in the logs instead.

    I will submit this to our developers for further investigation. We will let you know once this is resolved.

    Its weird because yesterday I was able to get through a few of them before it wouldnt save the changes. That is why I thought it was an api issue and went gold. My deadline is April 2nd, do you know how long something like this usually takes to be resolved?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this issue is still not resolved.

    I have cloned your form, but I was not able to replicate the issue on my cloned form. 

    After that, I have tried to update the widgets on your form and it seems that the widget is saving the changes properly. I also did not saw the same errors like my colleague.

    Can you please try to again update the widgets in your form?

    You can also try to clone your form and see if you can update the widgets there.
