How can I make a form give me multiple answer responses?

I need my form to be basically an information calculator. You will never be inserting actual numbers but clicking on products that will have hidden percentages tied to them. At the end of the form, I need my form to have the ability to produce multiple variations of answers based on recommendations for "savings". We are calling these packages.

I honestly did not understand what you're trying to achieve. Could you please provide more details so we can assist you properly?

If you want to ask a question with random answer, please check the Shuffle widget. Here's the link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/shuffle

You can also use the Multiple Choice field so your user can select multiple answers.

Also, please share the form link you're working on it so we can check what you're trying to achieve.

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

    Hello,
What I am trying to do is make my form questions lead to an answer. Instead of just collecting data, I want the form to generate an answer. We want to use this as a selling tool.
All the data that we collect can lead to several different outcomes and generate savings. I understand I will need to use the form calculation widget to make certain things become values. But am not sure how to have the text change.
The best example I can think of is if you took like a personality test online. You would fill out a bunch of form questions and then at the end of it it would kick out an answer as to what personality type you are. Typically it would say "You are 98% Humorous" or whatever the case may be. I need the outcome to be able to change, based on the customers form answer choices.
I am hoping this is making sense because I need to get this accomplished soon.
    I appreciate your time.

Thank you for the added information.

Please check my simple demo form: https://form.jotform.com/80855051755965

Is that what you're trying to achieve? If yes, I used the Show or Hide condition based on the Total Points. You can also use percentage result for the condition. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

If you want to check the demo form further, you can try cloning it. https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

How do i literally replicate this form:
    16personalities.com/free-personality-test
I need this same concept but with completely different questions. I need each answer to tie into a percentage at the very end, the same way this does.

I checked the link you provided and I think that is possible to achieve. Unfortunately, we need the formula on how to achieve the results.

Here are the guides that we will be using to replicate the form you provided:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

    https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Also, you can choose what field you preferred:

    Scale Rating field (Classic Form):

    Emoji Slider field (Card Form):

    1522175470Emoji slider Screenshot 21

We can calculate the Results but not the Side by Side percentage result (see screenshot below). I believe that is not possible to achieve.
