We Need Upgrade Assistant

I've got two messages about lack of storage and subscription ran out; however, I don't know what the previous levels were, so I'm not sure how much to upgrade.  Can you provide this information for this account please?

I have checked your account and you seem to have indeed passed the allowed submissions storage which is 500 and the monthly submissions limit which is 100 for free accounts.

I can see you have already upgraded to the bronze plan, that should be OK as long as you do not pass any of the limit before the month ends (the limits reset the 1st day of each month).
