My understanding is you're not getting an email alert and you still need to log in to the JotForm site just to view the submissions.
To receive an email alert, please try adding a notification email to your form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
If the issue still persists, please provide the form link so we can investigate it further.

Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support, but we will be happy to help you through this forum thread.
Now, based on the information you have provided, you're not receiving the phone number field although you can see it on the submissions page when you log-in into your JotForm account.
If that's the case then the information is indeed being recorded, but if the issue is on emails, then you may need to check your email template in order to make sure the phone number field is included there, you may also delete the email notification and add a new one, this way you have a fresh copy of the fields from your form:
If the problem persists, you may also provide us more information such as the form URL and more information about where the issue happens (if you have an integration or something like that on your form).
We will wait for your response.
