Is it possible to use unique input from one of the text boxes on the form on the thank you page?

Asked by tehlittleninja on October 27, 2012 at 04:57 PM

I am trying to create a form where someone inputs different things and the thank you message automatically puts the text they input in the "text box" in a certain place so they can copy and paste it somewhere else.

    Is this possible?

*edit: Also, if there is another way to achieve this goal, then I am open to it.

    Hi,

Are meaning to do it like this form. You can customize Thank you page to display the submitted answers. In my sample form, fill-in any textbox field and submit to see the TY page.

Please inform us if you have further question.

    Thanks.

Yes, how would I go about doing that?

Also, is it possible to display the answers like this:

    -[b]Character Name:[/b] [user input]

The reason is that I am trying to design something for a forum where the user can simply copy/paste the output and have an already formatted and finished BBcode post.

I modified the form. Please try it again.

What I did is I copied the html source code of the email notification and simply pasted into the TY page source code.

    Thanks.
