How do i have an image that is a part of the form without user input show up with the submission that is emailed to me?
I've tried to submit as a picture in the header, as a picture added to "text" etc.
I am trying to use an image of my signature for my records and the signer. you will see at the bottom where it has Luke Riggin's as the signer on our company's behalf.
this contract is sent to both parties so his signature needs to stay and at least be in cursive / look like a signature instead of just new times roman.

You can use this image in your notification and autoresponder emails.
All you need to do is edit the email template and insert the desired image as seen below:
