New questions added in form is not being displayed in submission emails.

    This issue happens when you edit your notification email alert. Please note that when you edit the data table of your notification email alert template, it becomes dirty and any changes you make in your form will not be displayed in email alerts. 

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please note that adding a new email alert will always include all form fields in submission email template. The following guide should help you:
