A hidden field is asked to show if one condition is satisfied but does not show

When completing the form and selecting field 183 "nominated beneficiaries" fields 194 and 195 are told to show however these fields do not always show and field 195 never shows.  Can you please help me discover why?

I believe I have found the answer.  There was an accidental referral back to an earlier condition earlier than field 183.  I removed this and it may have solved the problem. I will confirm
