Problems with the submit button on pdf form

Hi.

I'm having problems with the submit button on my pdf forms. I already converted it to a pdf and when i fill in the information and click submit, it does nothing. Can you please help me out?

You need to use Adobe Reader or Foxit to submit the form since the submit button works only with these softwares.

Please note that browser plugins will only preview the form and the form users won't be able to submit the form unless they open and submit the PDF form using Adobe Reader or Foxit.

Please let us know if the issue still persists with using these softwares.
