How to add another user to a paid account?

How can I add multiple users to a paid account?

Please note that you can add sub-user account in your account and share forms with them. This type of users are to assist you in your work. Please note that sub-user account as also a free account but they can access your form based on the access permission. The forms need to be created in your account and then shared with sub-users as they will not share the limits of your paid account.
