I have the key downloaded on my computer, and have not had any problems prior, but for some reason, the most recent application that we received had the text separated by digits--the text could still be read, but not the entire data that was input by the applicant. Thank you for any assistance.

OK so first of all please try clearing your web browsers cache. That will remove the existing key. Then try to access your submissions again. The public key should be already available. And it should prompt you for the private key again.
