email notifications

    Can you list more than one email address to be notified when a form has been completed?


    I am unable to remove an email address and replace it with another. When I enter the new email address, and test it, I get a message the the email was sent to the address I removed not the new address I wanted.


    I've read the tutorial about the email notification process but it isn't working like it's supposed to.

    Yes, you can have the notification send to multiple emails. Here is a guide to do that:

    The Test Email function in the Email Alerts screen can only send to the address associated to your JotForm account. It was made this way to prevent abuse from spammers. To test your newly added recipient emails, you must send a real submission to your live form.
