Even after entering the required information, the error is not disappearing. Could it be because I need to put a unique label on the input?

I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to submit the form without any issue. Are you still experiencing any issue with the form? If so, could you let us know if the required error message is displayed for any particular field so that we can take a look and assist you further.
- miranda123Answered on March 27, 2018 at 01:43 PMIt happens when I'm testing. Basically, I'm hitting submit to make sure
that all the required fields are working. However, when I fill in some of
the required fields, it still says that it needs to be filled in. I tried
adding some conditions, but that didn't seem to work.

The problem is that you have a hidden required field. Its not possible to fill this field when filling out your form. You can safely delete this field and it should work.
