How can I allow multiple submissions on my form?

    Error on submitting form. It says 

    Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.

    Looks like you already figured this one out. Your form https://www.jotform.com/80851426580458 doesn't have the either UNIQUE QUESTION or UNIQUE SUBMISSION features enabled.
