I have forms that are collecting customer information, but they are not passing that information into our SaleForce database.
I have concluded that something broke around March 15th. Our security token has been authenticated and should be working.
Any guidance would be helpful.
I've included a URL of a form that is not sending to SalesForce.

Did you try re-creating the Security Token?
Here is how to do that:
Please try re-integrating with a new token and let us know if the issue persists.
Thank you!

Hi Nik,
I have a lot of systems that use that security token, so resetting the token would take a lot of work.
Is there a way to fix the integration another way? maybe by un-engaging the token then reintegrating with the security token information using the same old token?
Or maybe i need to refresh the cache?
Your guidance is appreciated.

I understand your point.
I cleared your forms cache, could you please check if the issue persists?
Also, did you try re-integrating the Salesforce in your form? (I'm not sure if you actually did that from your initial post)
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I was able to get a successful submission after I removed the token, then reentered the information. I will continue to do this for my other forms. I will update you on my progress. Thank you for your help.
