How can I create a form that provides percentage results at the end?

Hello,

I need to be able to have my form calculate answers in percentages at the end of the quiz/ form (like a personality quiz). There will be several different "answers" based off the different responses submitted. I have attached an example of what I would like to make my form be like.

The part I am having difficulty with is creating the final results pages? Not sure how to do that. I need it to be able to suggest different things based off the submitted responses. So basically there would be a variety of different answers. The best way I see fit would be based off this form, where at the end it gives you percentages based off each individual category throughout the quiz/ form.

You can create quiz/scoring form with form calculation. You can assign values to each of your question options and then perform calculation to calculate total score.
