How can I automatically make a form generate a new one?

My form is being used for an event check in. Once someone selects register, how do I make it so that a new form pops up once someone hits register, for the next person in line to fill out the form?

You can redirect your form link back ,so that when a user submits the form he would be redirected back to a fresh form.

Go to Settings>THANK YOU PAGE and select Redirect to external link, paste your published link.
