I have a form that is sent to 11 recipients upon submission. One of the email address truncates even though it is typed correctly. Is there any reason for this and how I can I fix it?
What's strange is the recipient is receiving the email even though her email address appears to get cut off.

Do note that only 10 email address can be added in one notification email.
https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
This may have been the cause why the email address is being cut off or truncated.
Kindly try limiting the notification email address to 10 then add another notification for the 11th email address to be sent.
Let us know how it goes.

Is there a way I can do that and have all recipients on the same thread? Even if I have to cc some recipients that's fine. They just all need to be copied on the same email so they can reply-all when responding. Thanks

If you want to send more than 10 email recipients in your notification, you can use two notification emails and combine them using the change e-mail recipient.
Here is an example, I made a condition that when email is filled, it will send the two notification emails.
Just press the plus sign "+" beside the send to add a new Notification.
With this, you can add as many notifications but make sure it only holds 10 email address in it.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thank you.

I would recommend adding only 10 addresses to any condition or notification. Any in excess of 10 addresses might not send to the complete list.

Unfortunately, this would cause 2 separate emails to send (even with the conditional). My client would like all recipients on one thread so they can reply-all. If there is another way that would be guaranteed to work let me know. Thanks

We can use the Autoresponder to hold all the email address in the reply-to Email.
Here is a screenshot:
First, we need to add a short text entry field to hold our email addresses/receivers email address and input it in the default value, separated by a comma and space.
sample: test1@email.com, test2@email.com, test3@email.com
Now check for the Field Details Unique Name.
After that, go to your autoresponder email>Settings >Recipients and change Reply-to Email with the Unique name you have with {} brackets.
With this setup, you can send all the recipients email address to the form user.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
