How to add a link to terms and conditions to meet GDPR requirements?

I would like to add a link to a landing page with my privacy statement on it.

I would like to then add a checkbox they must tick before submitting my form ie "I have read the privacy statement".

I would like to add another checkbox underneath "I consent to receive emails about your products and services. 

I've had a look through the add ons /widgets but nit sure how best to do this.

In order to add a link to your privacy statement, I would recommend to use the following widget:

I believe it can also meet your requirement as to second question. But, if you need to create additional checkboxes to collect respondent's answers or to check if they agree, I suggest adding Multiple Choice field to your form:

You can remove unnecessary options if needed. 

Therefore, I suppose you might want to show the headers and texts at your submissions. The following guide is for pdf copies of submissions, but the same method is also suitable for this particular situation:
