When I include HTTPS as part of the webpage for the form, I get the following message from Internet Explorer:
This website contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage.
On Firefox I get the following message:
This website does not supply identity information. Your connection to this site is only partially encrypted and does not prevent eavesdropping.
So how can my customers trust this site. I would not trust a webpage that tells me this.
What am I missing?
Thank you.Page URL:

Until we fix this problem you will need to use the regular captcha or remove the captcha completely. That's causing the problem.

We'll likely upgrade to the Premium version shortly.

@lbtc HTTPS problem is fixed now. You can include re-captcha back to your form. Thanks for reporting.

Hello Jotform Support,
I'm experiencing the same issue here that the above user reported. Here is the message that my Chrome Browser is showing me:
Your connection to www.jotform is encrypted with 256-bit encryption. However, this page includes other resources which are not secure. These resources can be viewed by others while in transit, and can be modified by an attacker to change the look of the page.
The connection uses TLS 1.0.
The connection is encrypted using AES_256_CBC, with SHA1 for message authentication and DHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism.
The connection is not compressed.
I must say that doesn't instill very much confidence in me. We have just posted the link to our registration form today, and I don't want my registrants to worry about using it. I have noticed that if I refresh the page a couple times it shows that the connection is secure, but on the 1st visit I get the message I posted above.
Here is the link to my form --> https://www.jotform.com/Mksafetynet/conference
Is there a way to resolve this?

I went to your form but did not find any issues with it:
But I have an inkling why you got the message earlier. Your image might not be saved securely. Please make sure that your image's full URL is secure, such as - https://www.jotform.com/uploads/Mksafetynet/form_files/logo_mksn.gif
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for using JotForm!

Thanks for the reply. I checked the image URL and it is secure. However I'm still getting the same message as earlier whenever I open the form in my Chrome Browser. I also get a similar message with IE.
Thanks again for looking into this.

Just want to add; its only a minor technicality of some images not loading from a secure source when the page first loads and thats why you are sometimes getting those messages on IE & Chrome
The actual content of the form is fine and completely secure.

Thanks for looking into this. Which images are you referencing that may not be loading from a secure source? Would that be our logo? If so, is there a way to fix that?
- fxrAnswered on October 11, 2011 at 07:13 PM
Your logo is fine.
its an issue with some of the form image elements themselves. Its not something us mere mortals can fix, the developers will have to take a look at it.
They dont work 24/7 so we may have to wait a few hours, but I am sure it will be treated with urgency as soon as they do come on shift.
