Show condition for collapse field not working

I can make most of my sections work the way I want them to, but I need to offer offline and online payments so I've put these each in collapsible sections and I can't get the online payment section ("by Credit Card") to work correctly.

The section contains a text box and the product payment settings.

I checked your stand alone form. And it seems to be working fine for me.
