Great service! But I seem to be unable to get my notifications emails, even when I changed the recipient email.
Any help would be very helpful!

I checked email@example.com and it is not on our bounce list. You can also check and remove an email address yourself if it's on the bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
If you already checked your spam folder, my advice would be to setup SMTP for your form and send the emails from an email address of yours.
