Spaces in Telephone Number Broke Form Prepopulation

I orginally used this format for telephone numbers in our consult booking form: (xxx) xxx-xxxx. However, when prepopulating the intake sheet the client fills out, the space between the area code and the rest of the number was still a space, and broke the prepopulate link.

Attached is a screenshot of the email paragraph containing the link.

The fix was easy - I simply changed the telephone number format to xxx-xxx-xxxx, but I thought you might like to know of the situation.

    Cheers, Carl.

I tried to replicate it but I was not able to reproduce it.

Could you please provide us the steps in order to let us reproduce this issue on our end?

    Regards.

Thank you for your response. This is now working fine for me, and I too am no longer able to re-create the problem. I created an experimental booking sheet and reverted to the (xxx) xxx-xxxx telephone number format, and it worked fine, adding the + sign as in your screen shot.
