Hi, when viewing a submitted report on the screen, all formatting is in place. Then when the report is PDF'd, all formatting and spacing is lost.
For example, see https://www.jotform.com/submissions/80517139395159. i would like to attach a file, but you don't allow PDF files and when i change the file to something else, they are two large.
How do we retain formatting when converting to PDF?

Could you try editing the PDF submission report and see if that works? Here is the guide to customize the PDF submission report.
Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist.

The problem is not the PDF template. When a submission comes in, it looks good on the screen, but when saved as a PDF all formatting is lost.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Are you trying to print the form to a fillable PDF form? Could you let us know how we can replicate the issue at our end with the form? It would be also helpful if you can provide us with a screenshot to assist you further.
We will wait for your response. Thank you!
