Why was my public template deleted?

    Hello,

I recently figured out how to share a jotform as a public template and have shared it with a few people.  However, it seems that after some time, my public template disappears and is no longer available.  Am I doing something wrong that it auto deletes? It'd be very helpful to have it permanently made as a public template.  Thanks for your help.

It is possible that our reviewers team inspected the template you shared in our Template Gallery and decided to delete it because similar template already exists. You can share your template again.

In case that you only want to provide your form to your user, so that they can fill and submit it, you do not have to share the form as a template. You can simply get the URL of your form and send it to your users.

You can send them a link of your form using your own email client or directly from our interface.
