Problema con la integración de jotform con dropbox

    Buenas, 

    últimamente la creación de las carpetas con los formularios que se han rellenado, no se crea en dropbox, es decir, algunos formularios no aparecen con su carpeta creada en Dropbox. 

    ¿a qué se puede deber?

    Actualmente, mi formulario de jotform está integrado con Dropbox. Cada formulario que rellenan los usuario crea una carpeta nueva en Dropbox. 

    El problema está, cuando hay usuarios que rellenan el formulario y no se crea la carpeta en dropbox. 

    Espero haberme explicado mejor.

    To my understanding, the Dropbox integration stops working. 

    Please try to remove the integration and add a new integration by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm
