I have issue on editing the form and submit.
It gives a message of error and don't want to submit
I dont have hidden mandatory fields and I don't understand from where the issue is coming.
Goto HOD submission and try to submit, it gives errors.
Could you help me on this ?

I cloned your form made a test submission. Then I edited my submission using the edit link, but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. I successfully re-submitted the form.

Please test it and see if you can still replicate the issue.
If you cannot replicate the issue with the edit link I provided you, but the issue still persists when you try to edit one of your submissions, please provide us one of your edit links that we can test.

It seems that it is when I edit a submission from 2 to 3 days ago
When i submit and edit the same day I dont have this issue

I was able to replicate the issue with your edit link. The error message "There are errors on the form. Please fix it before continuing." is shown but it seems that all required fields are filled.
Considering that you mentioned that the issue is related only to submission from 2 to 3 days ago, I checked the revision history of your form and I saw that the form was edited few times in past 2-3 days.
Please try to edit and submit your form from the submission page.

I tested the edit link you provided and I was able to replicate the issue.

I saw that my colleague reported this issue to our developers. We will update you on that thread once this issue is resolved.
To avoid possible confusion, please reply on that thread if you have any followup questions or if you have any additional info regarding this issue.

I will do a test this week end.
I clone the form and I did multiple edits today of the same submission without any issues.
I entered a new submission and I will wait tomorrow or Saturday to edit it, to see if the issue is linked with the date/time.

The parameter user is used to identify who is filling the form
??user=DOCTOR for the initial submission
??user=zsdjkhrftpHOD for the first approval of the HOD
??user=awxztqszv4CMO for the second level of approval
If you are cloning the form to test it, please change the email recipients to avoid sending emails to the real staff here in the Hospital.

This project is supposed to go_live next week in the Hospital.
I am really affected by this issue as I was recommending strongly jotform to the management board for this application.
