I could reproduce the error when submitting your form with the link you provided. I see there are many messages on the console. So I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. They will take a look at this and post a response when they are ready.

    Dear Joanna

Yesterday you did a clone and you did a successful edit.

Your link sent yesterday, I am testing it TODAY and the error is appearing

It was not the case yesterday.

Same day, it works. One day later the error is appearing. Hope it will help the team to troubleshoot the issue.

    Thanks inanticipation

    infos for the dev team

    Dear Team,

I will do a test this week end.

I clone the form and I did multiple edits today of the same submission without any issues.

I entered a new submission and I will wait tomorrow or Saturday to edit it, to see if the issue is linked with the date/time.

Looking forward to get feedback and the progress on this issue

The  page with error is https://www.jotform.com/edit/3971837700563035521??user=zsdjkhrftpHOD

    And the form is https://form.jotform.me/80341881599467

The parameter user is used to identify who is filling the form

    ??user=DOCTOR  for the initial submission

??user=zsdjkhrftpHOD  for the first approval from the HOD

??user=awxztqszv4CMO for the second level of approval

If you are cloning the form to test it, please change the email recipients to avoid sending emails to the real staff here in the Hospital.

    Thanks in anticipation.

This project is supposed to go_live next week in the Hospital.

I am really affected by this issue as I was recommending strongly jotform to the management board for this application.

Please do your best efforts to locate and fix it.

I will be following up with your team over the week-end

    Thanks in anticipation.

You have been assigned a developer and they have marked this ticket as "Important".

Just looking at the error console. It looks like you have issues with your configurable list widget and your ticker widget.

I will pass this on to the developer.

    Hello Team,

Any updates on the issue resolution

    Kindly let me know

Is it coming from the configurable list widget ?

This issue has been escalated to one of our developers and its priority is set as important. Unfortunately, we don't have any time frame as it is depending on our developer's workload. Please rest assured that you will be informed absolutely via this support thread once we have an update on the issue.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi team,

For the time being, I am working on another version of the form, replacing the 2 configurable list widgets by a set of text fields with sequential conditional display.

I need to be ready with it on Sunday, due to the go_live of this project for the doctor's privileging request in the Hospital.

Please continue the troubleshoot on this widget

    Thanks

    Regards

    Mr Gerard

    Dear DEV team,

I have some interesting news for you

Today I did couple of testing with the original form

And I did couple of edits without any issue for the submission of the day.

But, just after midnight, the issue appear again, I was not ebale to edit submissions of 30/03/2018.

Here are the actions I did using the browser console to see the errors.

First : The ticker widget was showing an access denied and I removed it from the form.

( I don't know why the ticker was showing this error in the console after midnight )

    Second :

After that, I try to submit but the error appears again, but I was able to see that the field

date of request was not accepting a date in the past. I fix it in the properties.

Now I am able to edit  submission of today and all the submissions in the past.

My issue seems to be fixed :-)

    Let me know your feedback.

    Best Regards

    Mr Gerard

Thanks for keeping us posted and for the detailed post on what went on. Looks like the culprit was the Ticker Widget and removing it fixed the problem.

We would still keep your ticket open so we can fix the problem. For now, if re-adding the Ticker Widget will trigger the issue again (where you're unable to edit submissions), then please keep the field deleted for the time being.
