Why don't I receive submissions by email?

    I don`t receive any submissions by email, and it looks like I have done it right....Can you help me?

    Hello lcm.  Have you already checked your junkmail folder if in case the notifications landed there?  Coming from our logs, it appears that the email has been sent successfully.

    I have changed the email address to *** to prevent the sharing of your email in public.

    hmm, I have checked my junkmail folder and it is not there...

    What can I do?

    I have not received any test submission from you.

    If I test the form within Jotform I receive a test submission, but if I test from our website I do not resceive any submission at all, even that I have two notifications on this form.

    Can you give us the link to the page where you embeded form? It would be easier to give a more accurate solution if there is a way to view and inspect your page.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Changing your form's notification Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com might solve the issue.
